(1) Before cutting off the wire, the end of the wire to be disconnected should be wrapped 3-4 times with binding wire to prevent the wire from breaking.
(2) The position of the wire hanging point should be aimed at the center of the year-end pin hole of the tension clamp. When wrapping around the entangled tape, remember this position. The tape should be wrapped around the wire, and the length at both ends should be sufficient to expose 50mm at both ends of the clamp. The purpose of wrapping around the entanglement mark should be consistent with the twisting direction of the outer layer of the wire.
(3) The selection of wire clamps should consider the thickness of the tape. The boat shaped pressure plate of the wire clamp should be placed flat, and after the "U" bolt is tightened, the exposed screw buckle should have 3-5 buckles.
(4) When the busbar is short, the suspension holes of the two end clamps should be on the same side when the wire is not under stress.
