The 4D series Vibration dampers we provided are Stock-bridge Tuning Fork, with four resonant frequencies, the frequency range is from 3Hz to 150Hz. with wide frequency range, the 4D vibration damper can highly consume vibration energy, and effectively dissipate the energy caused by cable Aeolian vibration, reduce cable vibration horizontal, extend the cable service life.
Armor rods are needed when it is installed on OPGW and ADSS cable Armor rods are also called Vibration damper hyperactive rods. Because of the concentrated stress, vibrationdamper will cause some damages to the cable.the armor rods provide proper stress distribution on the optical cable and protect the cable .

In order to achieve the best results of the anti-vibration damper, the following must be done:
1. Choose the appropriate anti-vibration damper model
2. Install the anti-vibration damper in the correct position
3. Install the necessary number of anti-vibration dampers
 

1. Pass the skein as a whole through the clamp so that the clamp is in the middle of the preformed wire.
2. Align the clamps with the mounting position on the wires, and wrap the preformed wires at the left and right ends evenly and naturally around the wires.

The products are packed in carton.
During transportation, right tools should be used to avoid damaging the package and to handle with ease. Products should be protected from moisture; kept away from high temperature and fire sparks; protected from over bending and crushing; protected from mechanical stress and damage.
