Vibration Damper

Preformed Vibration Damper install on the conductor and earth wire to decrease the wind vibration, protect the conductor, earth wire and fitting, prolong the system's life.

The damper is asymmetric, and the steel twisted wire is not same. Every damper swing up and down and twist, it will appear two syntony frequency, so the damper has four syntony frequency. The protection frequency up to nearly hundred frequency.

Vibration Dampers are used to suppress the vibration of conductors caused by wind andreduce the mechanical stress of condutors at the exit of suspension clamps and tensionclamps to avoid breakage.

1. According to the outer diameter of conductor and earth wire, choose the suitable damper
2. The installation location need to caculate professionally
3. The installation direction: the bigger damper toward the pole or tower.
