Preformed Ground Wire Tension Set Clamp

The preformed tension set is widely used for the installation of bare conductors or overhead insulated conductors for transmission and distribution lines, the reliability and economic performance of the product is better than the bolt type and hydraulic type tension clamp that widely used in the current circuit.

This product is used for the connection between ADSS cabel and the terminal tower, strain tower, splicing pole and poles in the construction of overhead ADSS cable lines. The Helical formed tension clamp can protect cables against vibration. With special design, the strain clamps would't generate the stress concertration which could damage ADSS cables so as to ensure the normal life of cable system.

It is a dielectric tension clamp designed to terminate short span, low tension ADSS fiber optical cables in low voltage environments. It is reduced to a single layer component that offers an economical solution for very light loads. The product effectively transfers the low axial load on the cable at the end of the tension clamp legs to low uniform radial compression near the clamp loop.

This set is used in the end fixing of ground wire of overhead line.

For steel ground wire, choose galvanized steel.
For Al bonded Cu, Al steel conductor,choose al bonded Steel.
